Equitable Development Fellow
Geneva Greene is a doctoral student at Howard University with a profound passion for entrepreneurship and the elevation it can offer marginalized communities. She leverages her research to advocate for equitable policies and practices. Previously, Geneva spent more than a decade in Corporate Communications, and then in Human Resources as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultant. She taught the first DEI in Communications course at Georgetown University. Geneva earned bachelor’s degrees in sociology and public relations from the University of Georgia. She completed a Master of Business with marketing and international business concentrations at Southern Methodist Universe.
