Programs Coordinator

Isa Alcalde is a program and event professional who enjoys bringing structure, care, and clarity to community-centered work. She has spent her career supporting programs that serve communities locally and internationally, coordinating the small details behind big visions, and collaborating with partners to make meaningful initiatives run smoothly.

Her work is guided by a belief in equity, access, and the power of well-run programs to create real impact. Isa holds a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and served as a Community and Economic Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Isa is excited to support WACIF’s mission and continue to uplift others while strengthening her community.
