Jennifer Plantin

Senior Program and Project Lead

As Senior Program and Project Lead, Jennifer is responsible for monitoring program performance, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, supporting the achievement of grant objectives, and overseeing cross departmental project execution. She brings over a decade of experience managing multi-million-dollar programs across domestic and international nonprofit organizations.

Prior to her current role, Jennifer served as Senior Program Manager at RTI International, where she led the execution and financial oversight of a $57M federally funded initiative expanding energy access in underserved rural communities. Before that, at Chemonics International, she concurrently led an investment facilitation project and a natural resource management program with a  50+ grants portfolio.

Jennifer’s career reflects a consistent commitment to equity and economic opportunity. Her earlier experience includes program coordination for UN Women in Haiti, education program management for marginalized children, and operations management at the National Coalition Building Institute. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rust College.
