With over 15 years in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors, Jordan brings a wealth of expertise to help entrepreneurs define their technology strategy, market fit, and funding pathways. He’s also a mentor, policy advocate, and podcast host dedicated to educating underserved communities.

Nikki is the founder of Talentology, LLC and an expert in aligning people, processes, and purpose.
