Operations and Systems Manager

Leslie Tetteh (she/her) is WACIF’s Operations and Systems Manager, where she works across teams to design and strengthen systems, processes, and tools that support effective service delivery and organizational impact. She brings a thoughtful, people‑centered approach to operations, grounded in clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement in support of WACIF’s mission.

Previously, Leslie supported WACIF’s Program department as a Program Coordinator and later as a Senior Program & Project Lead, where she developed a strong understanding of program operations, cross‑functional collaboration, and project management.

Earlier in her career, Leslie worked in the healthcare nonprofit sector supporting internal teams through training, leadership support, and organizational initiatives. This experience continues to shape her approach to operations by prioritizing staff experience, strong communication, and systems that help teams meet shared goals.

Leslie holds a Master of Social Work and a degree in Higher Education from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is committed to strengthening internal operations that enable WACIF to grow businesses, create jobs, and support thriving communities across the DMV region.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, exploring local parks around the DMV, and spending time with her chosen family.
