Join Ward 8 Community Economic Development (W8CED) for their next town hall!
This week’s town hall will feature a Small Business Roundtable with our CEO, Harold Pettigrew, Jr. Other Panelists include Darell Gaston with Kitchen Savages/Gaston Group, Tendani Mpulubusi with Cre8tive Capacity, Monica Ray with Congress Heights Community Association, and Al Swailes with Black Business Task Force.
W8CED hosts bi-weekly community town halls with panels, followed by breakout working group. The information and recommendations solicited during these town hall sessions will be integrated into a community economic development plan. The goal of the plan is to build on the social and financial assets to steer social and economic development in Ward 8.
