The 2022 Small Business Resilience Grant, supported by D.C. Department of Small and Local Business Development, provides financial and technical assistance for businesses located along the Minnesota Avenue NE corridor. Learn more about the 2022 Small Business Resilience Grant.

Minnesota Avenue Main Street (MAMS), a program of the Washington Area Community Investment Fund (Wacif), works with residents and businesses to strengthen the commercial district at the heart of our community. The Minnesota Avenue corridor is one of the largest historic commercial districts located east of the Anacostia River, home to downtown Ward 7 at Minnesota Avenue and Benning Road NE. The Minnesota Avenue Main Street is committed to ensuring that the small businesses and residents who have long anchored the community can benefit from and help accelerate its significant growth, with new and planned developments including the mixed-use Park 7 and a revitalized Minnesota Avenue Metro station.
