Lucien is an operational and sales professional with over 20 years of experience. He has helped small businesses gain access to over 52 million in capital. Throughout his career, he has successfully purchased distressed brick and mortar and internet businesses and sold them for a profit, as well as successfully creating firms from the ground up. His expertise spans commercial lending, entrepreneurship, sales training, team building, leadership, goal setting, time management, and the art of overcoming limiting beliefs and life challenges.
Lucien has enjoyed technical advisory positions, including Business Advisor for the Washington Area Community Investment Fund, Business Advisor of a SBA Small Business Development Center, and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Certification Specialist for the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority. Additionally, Lucien serves as a Business Policy Advisor for a state elected official within the Maryland House of Delegates.
Lucien is a co-founder of Timestar, where he has assisted in the development of messaging that has resulted in millions of dollars moving into the hands of small business owners across the United States. Also, he is the co-founder of Rapid Home Cash, a real estate acquisition firm in the DC Metropolitan area. Lucien holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and a Minor in Economics from Morehouse College.
