Mr. Braithwaite is an accomplished litigator with significant trial experience. Mr. Braithwaite served with the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia where he litigated Commercial Real Estate Tax Assessment Appeals. His portfolio of negotiated cases has exceeded $10 Billion US Dollars with settlements on an individual property as high at $600 Million in assessed value. He is passionate about paying it forward including working on Bar Passage rates for HBCUs. He is the Past President of the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association, and Past President of the international Howard University Law Alumni Association. Mr. Braithwaite earned his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law and Master of Laws in Taxation and Estate Planning Certificate from Georgetown University Law Center.
