Jeremy manages the planning and execution of Wacif’s strategic communications and outreach and joined Wacif in 2009. He attended the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), where he studied U.S. history. After graduating in 2007, Jeremy spent a year as a LISC AmeriCorps member where he worked in community development, helping spur and organize residents, businesses and local government to work together to face local community problems and to create lasting solutions. As a student and then alumni advisor at UCSD, he organized and participated in international and domestic volunteer projects including ones in Villa El Salvador, Peru, and at California National Parks. Jeremy is a proud member of the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Avenue NE Main Street, acting as Treasurer, Vice Chair and Chair since joining in 2015.
In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys watching the Detroit Lions win on Sunday, riding Capital Bikeshare and reading.
